Well people,I saw this post on Facebook,and I found out it was written by my friend,my course mate,my little organism……….JEGEDE SAMUEL

He wrote this poem on Valentine’s day for his dream girl……lol I never even knew he could write a poem.

I never really knew you

you were just another friend

But when I got to know you

I let my heart unbounded

I couldn’t help past memories

That would only make me cry

I had to forget my first attempt

And give another try

So I’ve fallen in love with you

And I’ll never let you go

I love you more than anyone

I just had to let you know

My feelings for you will never change

My feelings are true

And remember this one thing

I will always love you

That tricky moment when this tall,handsome guy makes your heart beat faster,and you feel like he’s just the perfect one for you…..oh! maybe yours maybe a short chubby guy! Whichever one…………all good.
So let’s get back to the story.

She found this tall guy quite smart and fun to be with,maybe because he studied geology…..are geologist smart? Hmmmm
Well,one thing led to another and they found themselves on the couch……….
watching a movie.(lol! I got you there). She actually fell in love with him days ago(we read this in the last part) and this love has grown so deep that she feels comfortable having him touch her. Huh?
I thought they were both on the couch with a plate of popcorn,watching a movie?
……….question for the gods………..
And so this tall guy has taken advantage of her,knowing her weak point,and so they both ended up in this large room,with sparkling frameless glass walls,reflecting the beautiful coloured lights alongside with the golden tiles. She found herself in this room,trying to let him off her,but the warm waters from the edge poll of the water bed sent signals down her veins. He allowed her legs touch the warm running waters around the bed,this made her calm,now! She was relaxed and she enjoyed every bit of it as the bed went in circles on the water,slowly.

It was morning and she realised, she finally gave it to this tall handsome guy.
She kept mute,took a deep breath,and said gently……MY DIGNITY! it’s gone
Hey baby! She heard. It’s him calling…
She quickly wiped her tears and gave an ugly smile.

The weekend was gone,she arranged her stuffs,got her bag packed,and he drove her home.
Weeks after, she decided to surprise this guy,so she went to his house on a sunny Thursday. Surprisingly! She found him with this cute sexy lady,having a crazy sexual moment in an awkward crazy position.

What could she possibly do?
She kept mute,turned around and left,she wasn’t sure of what to do.Laugh or cry? She was simply confused and Speechless!

You know! Some guys are just bad guys who wants to take advantage. Unfortunately,the tall, handsome guy here,played the role of the bad guy!
Guys make the trap,girls fall too easily,it’s not our fault,it’s just how it has been written to be.
But you can change that status,it should not affect you,you shouldn’t be a victim.
KNOW YOUR WORTH!
your dignity should not be sold out easily.

………………..It’s up to you!………………………never accept defeat…………………………Ask questions……………………..Study before accepting……………Make changes to get better……………..Think before acting…………..
……Make the bible your favourite book. It will lead you well.

That tricky moment when a tall handsome guy stops by and says HELLO and then you two start talking and the conversation goes on and on,and then………………….he says he wants to be your good friend. And so you’d pause for a moment and then step up the flow saying “sure”.
Every girl has one way or the other experienced this,obviously it’s normal…..I guess.
So! This same tall,handsome guy,takes you out on a date,then you guys had so much fun and maybe you got drunk. DRUNK? did I say “drunk”? That should be avoided. Anyways! And so the other day you guys went to see a movie together,and you think he’s just the perfect type of guy. Oh! And your heart beats so fast in a harmonic pattern.
That night,all you did was look at his pictures,and the other night,you took a pen and wrote him a love poem,and so this night you’re wishing he is right beside you because the spaces between your fingers are just where his fits perfectly.
All night long you kept dreaming and thinking and wishing he was all over you….

You know this happens all the time,girls fall in love easily,just yesterday the guy told you he wanted to be your friend,and the next day you’re in love? Ok! Well I have been through that anyways….lol!

And so back to the story. …….
On a beautiful Saturday morning,you got a call from this same guy,and he said he would want you and come spend the weekend at his place. You said no at first but,we all know she said yes later on. She couldn’t have possibly turned him down,when he owns a house in deck’s estate on the island.
And so she possibly would have told her mum she was going to spend the weekend in Brenda’s house(her best friends house) or maybe she just cooked up something really smart.
Anyways! She left the house,and she went to this guys house. What could she probably be thinking? What’s on her mind? She’s definitely asking different questions,and one of the questions maybe ” WHY I’M I HERE?” And all we can say is; have fun baby,and do no jingle dance!

Your 20s begin only when you start acting like a grown up,start thinking like an adult,and still act really cool. It only begins when you become your own person.

And so these are somethings a lady should know,do,act………well!

(1) VALUE YOURSELF : Alright! If you don’t start by valuing YOU,whose gonna follow? NO ONE! you need to realise that you are a special being and you deserve everything good. Know your worth,don’t let anyone make you feel you not up to standard.

(2) RECOGNIZE YOUR BEAUTY: Hey dear! Every lady is beautiful,it only takes the right guy to see it.(winks)
You need to recognize this beauty. Don’t let anyone recognize it before you do. Everyone is unique and beautiful in their own way.

(3) HAVE AN IDEA OF WHO YOU WANT TO BE: What do you want the world to know you for?
What is your goal in life?
What do you want to accomplish before 30? What’s your plan for the future?
I suggest you get a note,and write down what you want to achieve,and at what age you want to achieve these things.

(4) LISTEN TO YOUR INNER VOICE: Most times,the Inner voice is always right,your inner voice speaks out when you’re confused,and helpless. It fits perfectly into the lonely zone and gives you direction.

(5) LEARN HOW TO KILL A BUG: It’s really annoying most times,whenever I see a lady running like a superstar all because she has seen a bug. Common girl,GROW UP! pick a mop stick or something and hit that bug,try using a book or anything. Just kill the bug and stop crying. Please!

(6) THE DESIRE AND DISCIPLINE TO COOK: Every lady must know how to cook. That’s what makes you a real lady. Your husband will be yours forever when your soup tastes just perfect. You just have to discipline yourself on how to cook fast to beat time. And you definitely don’t have a choice especially if you’re an AFRICAN lady.

(7) LEARN TO MOVE ON: As we go through life,we realise that a lot of people we trusted totally,showed their bad sides surprisingly. Now! You realise that some people were not meant to stay,but to only make you a better woman. Shit happens,we all need to learn to move on,because greater obstacles stands in our way. We need to be strong to keep pressing on.
